Jan Burger has worked for Simon, Diaz & Ellis since 2003 and has over six years of experience working for attorneys. She also worked for the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law for eleven years. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In her 'spare' time, she enjoys handcrafting silver jewelry with her husband, Joe, and her son, Matt, for their business, Cedar Creek Creations.
